Oded is a Biochemist/Biophysicist interested in structure-function relations in antibiotic resistance, bacterial virulence, membrane proteins, structural biology, and energy transduction in biological systems. Oded received his BSc in Biophysics from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem in 1998 (Summa Cum Laude), Ph.D. in biochemistry from the Weizmann Institute of Science. He then moved to Caltech and joined the lab of Douglas Rees as a postdoc. On 2010, he joined the faculty of Medicine at the Technion where he is currently an Associate Professor.
